About Winery and Wines

We are Francesca, Lucio, Simone, Maria, little Gioele, Grandma Maddalena and Filippo. Thoughtful, always attentive, we welcome you with simplicity and a smile on our face: this is because we want your stay to be exactly as you wanted it, for us, you are not just a guest but you are at home and therefore one of the family! Our hotel is first and foremost a farm: everything else is born from the work of the fields and from the love of nature. We have chosen this work out of passion, and with love we pursue it, reminding ourselves that nature if supported, is the best technology at the service of man. This philosophy has allowed us to begin the process of organic certification of our wines! In the gallery, you will find some images taken from everyday life, images of past and present work, images of friends, men and animals, that accompany us in our lives.

We currently cultivate 8 hectares of vineyards, mostly with the Glera variety: the grapes at the base of our Asolo Prosecco Superiore Docg, called by our customers "The Salty Prosecco". Our very own sparkling Prosecco, the wine that best represents who we are. Prosecco di Maser is a charming wine, markedly mineral with a good structure, ideal as an aperitif but also excellent with meals, especially in its sugar-free version. This area, however, is more than just Prosecco. Red grapes have also always found an ideal environment here; the vineyards offer refined, light and pleasant Cabernets or Merlots, with highly expressive notes. As a business, we oversee the entire production chain, from grapes to bottling, and we are proud to be a part of the FIVI family, the Italian Federation of Independent Winegrowers. We strongly believe the most important component of our wine is the vineyard, and we, therefore, focus our attention on achieving the highest possible quality, prioritising ancient vines over extravagant production techniques.
