At Molino 7 Cento, we aim to be the place where agriculture is not exploited until the exhaustion of natural resources. Every day, we work to show conscious and attentive consumers that it is still possible to produce and offer healthy, genuine products to everyone, without chemical pesticides and without interfering with normal natural cycles. We want to preserve and pass down the flavors, colors, and scents of our ancient land by producing with the purity of raw materials, reintroducing fruits from plants that no longer exist in common commerce, and committing to harmonize the principles of organic agriculture with the most modern methods of production and processing every day.
