Plavinci Winery
About the Winery
Plavinci is Serbia’s first certified organic winery, founded in 2008 by siblings Nina and Branislav, who—despite having no background in winemaking—turned their passion into one of the country’s most cherished wine experiences. Located just 30 minutes from Belgrade, Plavinci offers guests a serene escape with breathtaking views and heartfelt hospitality. Tastings take place in the family’s home, accommodating up to 12 guests indoors and more on the terrace in fair weather. Producing only about 5,000 bottles annually, the winery has no plans to expand—each bottle is crafted with care, love, and intention. Visiting Plavinci means discovering not just unique wines, but a story of dedication, simplicity, and natural elegance.
About the Wines
Plavinci produces premium natural wines made exclusively from estate-grown grapes, with no additives and minimal intervention. All wines are certified organic and reflect a true commitment to biodiversity and authenticity. The lineup features rare and local varieties: Panonia for the white Ćilibar and Pét Nat Endora, Tamjanika for the orange Selena and Pét Nat Good Boy Bruno, Marselan for the rosé Ramonda, and Regent for the red Indigo. Wines are wild-fermented, aged on the lees, unfined, and unfiltered—resulting in vibrant, complex, and highly drinkable expressions. Recognized internationally with silver and gold medals, Plavinci’s wines offer a genuine taste of Serbia’s natural wine movement.
