Location carina e vini discreti, ma l’esperienza complessiva non ha soddisfatto le aspettative. La presentazione è stata piuttosto sbrigativa e poco coinvolgente, lasciando l’impressione che mancasse passione nel raccontare i prodotti. Con qualche attenzione in più all’accoglienza e alla comunicazione, potrebbe migliorare sensibilmente.
Una spiegazione più appassionata e interattiva dei vini potrebbe rendere l’esperienza più memorabile.

Small wine production owned by a lovely genuine woman, it was clear that this was her passion. She showed us around explained the whole process.

Afterwards we tried three different wines of our choice and got some bread with olive oil that she produced as well.

The vineyard is not in the in the same location. It was a lovely experience.

The wines are then bottled in early summer without filtration, relying on the natural clarity achieved through the cold winter months. This approach results in wines that are pure, unfiltered expressions of the vineyard, offering a taste of tradition with the benefits of modern viticulture.
