Poggi del Chianti - Monnanni specializes in crafting red wines primarily from Sangiovese grapes, which make up 85% of their vineyards. These grapes, along with Tuscan indigenous varieties like Canaiolo, Colorino, Ciliegiolo, and a small amount of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot, are hand-harvested and processed using traditional methods. The result is a range of Chianti and Chianti Classico wines that capture the essence of the region. The farm also produces a unique white wine through carbonic maceration, blending Trebbiano Bianco Toscano and Malvasia Bianca Toscana, offering a distinctive taste of Tuscany.
