"Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di fare una digustazione ed è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile.Il personale ha fatto di tutto per garantire il mio comfort e la mia soddisfazione.. Una guida in cantina ecizionale. Asagi dei vini buonessimi e ottimo cibo, hanno reso la mia giornata davvero memorabile. Altamente raccomandato!"

Ci siamo regalati questa bellissima esperienza durante la nostra settimana di ferie in zona. Vino e cibo ottimi e location con vista lago molto accogliente.
Non era chiaro se i cani fossero ammessi o no.

Incuriosita dalle ottime recensioni e dalle splendide immagini, ho regalato al mio compagno la degustazione proposta dalla cantina Poggio Santa Maria.
Siamo stati accolti da Francesca, la quale con estrema simpatia, professionalità e preparazione, ci ha fatto fare il giro della tenuta e della cantina raccontandoci le storie del luogo e del territorio, per finire poi con la favolosa degustazione dei loro 5 vini tutti uno più buono dell altro e dei loro prodotti freschi e abbondanti.
Un ringraziamento speciale anche a Massimiliano, il proprietario della tenuta, con il quale abbiamo avuto il piacere di chiacchierare fino alla fine dell’ esperienza.

Sono stato in questo posto stupendo con la mia fidanzata. L'accoglienza è stata fantastica. Abbiamo avuto modo di degustare i vini strepitosi di questo produttore in un'atmosfera rilassante e famigliare. Anche il cibo è stato abbondante e di ottima qualità. Il proprietario e gli addetti ai lavori sono stati amichevoli e ci hanno trattato con estrema gentilezza. Ho anche fatto acquisti prima di ripartire. Che dire.. ci tornerò sicuramente. E anzi, approfitto di questo spazio per ringraziare tutte le persone di Poggio Santa Maria per averci fatto trascorrere dei momenti così belli. Grazie e a presto

We had the pleasure of visiting Poggio Santa Maria during our time in Umbria. What a spectacular location! The panoramic views from the tasting room are absolutely stunning. Francesca, our guide and hostess, took such good care of us and was both charming and delightful. We enjoyed the wines we tasted and the aperitivo served with the wines was equally enjoyed. And getting to meet and speak with the owner, Massimo, towards the end of our visit was great. Truly a highlight of our travels in Umbria.

Abbiamo svolto una giornata davvero in relax. Dopo la visita della cantina abbiamo degustato i vini accompagnati da del buonissimo cibo (abbondante rispetto alle aspettative!!). Personale davvero gentile. Siamo stati molto bene, esperienza consigliata!!

Esperienza immersiva e memorabile. La location affaccia sulla sponda umbra del lago di chiusi, dettagliata e attenta la cura dei dettagli. Partendo dalla cantina, arrivando alla sala degustazione.
I vini veramente buoni. Il vino rosato una bellissima scoperta. Tutta la degustazione è stata accompagnata da cibo tipico che era decisamente azzeccato. Era presente alla nostra degustazione anche il proprietario che è una persona molto disponibile e gentile.

Incredible value for money and such a wonderful tour

This far exceeded all expectations. We were treated to a lovely tour of the facility which is super modern and slick, and the team were all so kind and knowledgeable. We then sat down and were given bread with olive oil (olives grown on site), a huge spread of food (bread with grain grown on site), and of course wine. 4 wines, all delicious, plus another glass of our favourite at the end. The views are incredible, it felt like paradise, we just wished we could've stayed longer.

If you're not in a car make sure you book taxis in advance, we made the mistake of leaving it last minute and almost couldn't go!
