Reja Wine

Reja Wine is located in Slovenia in the west of the country in the heart of the wine region Goriška Brda which has ideal conditions for winemaking.

Established in 1856, the winery has a deep-rooted history that traces its origins to the Austrian Empire. In 1996, they ventured into bottled wine production, gaining accolades for quality at a wine fair where their Merlot 1994 and Tokaj 1995 won gold, and Beli Pinot earned bronze. The pivotal moment occurred in 1992 when Slovenia's independence from the former Yugoslavia opened doors to a free market. This transition enabled the family to focus on winemaking, marking the birth of their bottled wine production. Today, Reja Wine marries generations of knowledge with a relentless pursuit of excellence, crafting wines that seamlessly blend tradition with artisanal craftsmanship.

"CLASSIC" - Reja Wine's classic wines are matured in stainless steel containers only, they are fresh with a hint of soft fruit flavors, suitable as an aperitif or in combination with lighter dishes.
"GMAJNA VINEYARD" - premium line of Reja Wine including wines matured for a period of time in wooden barrels.
