Santa Giulia Winery, located in Montalcino, produces wines that are a true reflection of tradition, skill, and the unique terroir of the region. The estate spans 8 hectares of vineyards, with 5 hectares dedicated to Sangiovese grosso for Brunello di Montalcino and Rosso di Montalcino, and 3 hectares to Merlot for Quarto Giro. The vineyards are carefully tended with manual labor ensuring the highest quality grapes, which are then vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wines are aged in Slavonian and French oak barrels, enhancing their complexity and character.

Biodiversity is a key focus at Santa Giulia, where the family also cultivates 3 hectares of olives for producing high-quality extra virgin olive oil, manages woodlands for free-range animals, and grows various fruits, grains, and pastures.
