The history of the Sparici Landini winery began with founder Maddalena, nicknamed 'La Grisa,' who skillfully blended tradition and modernity to create a distinguished winemaking legacy. Their goal is to make people taste excellence and produce unique wines that best represent the land in which they are grown.
Sparici Landini's vineyards are located in the moraine hills of the Veneto region of Italy, in a privileged sun-kissed area between Verona and Lake Garda. The characteristics of the soil and the lake breeze help create ideal conditions for growing vines. The vineyards extend into the DOC areas of Bardolino, Custoza and Pinot Grigio delle Venezie, where the calcareous soils favor optimal grape ripening and good acidity.
At Sparici Landini's winery, harvesting is done exclusively by hand, with careful selection of grapes directly in the vineyard. The range of wines produced is broad and includes everything from the classic DOC wines of the region to barrique-aged IGT wines and Brut and Brut Rosé sparkling wines. Maturation in fine-grained French oak barrels helps give the wines extraordinary structure and balance.
The vineyards are cultivated with great care, with vine growing and training techniques carried out with skill and experience. In the winery, the wines are aged using modern techniques to best preserve the quality and character of the grapes.
Sparici Landini offers a selection of special wines from selected locations. These positions, including "Pergola" and "Guyot," have distinct soils such as "Sandy" and "Limestone." From these positions are produced wines of varieties such as Chardonnay, Cortese, Manzoni, Corvina, Corvinone, Molinara, Rondinella, Cabernet Sauvignon and Trebbiano, each with its own unique characteristics.
