About Winery and Wines

Located in Wettolsheim, just 5 km from Colmar, Domaine Stentz-Buecher is steeped in the rich tradition of Alsatian winemaking. Now managed by Stéphane and Céline, the estate covers 12 hectares, with 85% of the vineyards positioned on well-exposed hillsides. The winery follows a philosophy of patient observation and respect for nature, allowing the vines to thrive and the wines to evolve naturally. The harvest is conducted entirely by hand, ensuring only the healthiest grapes are selected, preserving their quality and character. The result is wines that balance character and purity, reflecting the essence of the Alsatian terroir.

Domaine Stentz-Buecher produces a range of white, red, and sparkling wines, all crafted from Alsace grape varieties. The wines are sourced from the exceptional terroirs of Rosenberg, Ortel, and the prestigious Grand Crus Steingrubler, Hengst, and Pfersigberg. In addition to these still wines, the winery also offers Crémant d’Alsace, a sparkling wine that embodies the finesse and tradition of Alsatian winemaking.
