La produzione della Tenuta Baron spazia dai vini bianchi e rossi all’olio d’oliva, ma è nel Prosecco, vera ricchezza di questa terra, che esprime il meglio di sé. Come nell’Asolo Prosecco Superiore, millesimato spumantizzato con metodo Charmat. Prodotto a partire da uve selezionate durante la raccolta a mano, questo nettare frizzante dal perlage armonico offre all’olfatto un bouquet fiorito, nel quale si incontrano l’intensità della mela verde e la raffinatezza della pesca bianca. Le stesse note fruttate si ritrovano nel sapore, voluttuoso e seducente, perfetto ambasciatore di un marchio che fa della raffinatezza la propria bandiera.
