The property consists of 60 hectares of woods, 5.5 Ha of vines and 3 Ha of Olive groves. The vines were only planted on a small area where the subsoil is galestro, the most highly rated Tuscan subsoil type. Tenuta Licinia is an organic certified winery and has begun, since 2019, to implement some biodynamic principles in the vineyard.
