About Winery and Wines

Tenute Tomasella winery is located on the border between Friuli and Veneto, between the wine regions of DOC Friuli and Prosecco DOC Treviso. 

The winery enjoys the combination of two areas with very different geographical characteristics, cultures and traditions, in its constant research for those details that make a good wine an excellent one. But there’s more. We believe that in order to arouse emotions, it is essential to listen with patience to what the earth has to say. It is a passion that has been handed down from generation to generation, a common thread that binds those of us that, for more than 50 years, have dedicated our skills, time and efforts in doing it. Tenute Tomasella combines tradition and innovation, with manual work in the vineyard finding all the technologies it needs in the wine cellar to act as less as possible and in the best way as possible in order to guarantee healthy wines and honour the wonderful work of nature.

The expert knowledge of our vines allows us to care for our grapes in their ripening process in the most sustainable and low impactant way. Our land has been dedicated to viticulture ever since ancient times, and enjoys a special micro-climate perfectly suited to the needs of our vines. 

Every Tenute Tomasella wine belongs to its own category, to allow everyone to discover with their own taste something that talks about the places and people that work in that land every day. From pure grape varieties vinified with care and simplicity to the joy and freshness of our sparkling wines and the depth of quality of our special selections. Attention to the finest details in order to express the vast ampelographic richness of our territories.
