Torview Wines

Torview Wines is a small vineyard and winery situated 10 miles north of Dartmoor. We focus largely on making red wines from our own grapes, and we were established in 2007.  Each year, we produce about 5000 bottles, which are partially fermented in oak. We grow Pinot Noir, Dornfelder, Rondo, and Acolon. Our vines are grown regeneratively, in that our focus is on improving the land that we have.

In hotter years, we produce medium-bodied red wines that are aged in bottles for several years. These wines are bottled unfiltered to allow more depth of flavour. In cooler years, we switch to produce traditional method sparkling wines, using traditional riddling techniques, rather than modern equipment. All our wines are vegan-friendly.
