With this wine experience at Azienda Pagani de Marchi, you'll discover how a small farm located on Etruscan soil became a place of excellent wine production and an archaeological site.
The hill where their vineyards stand has seen the magnificent tomb of an Etruscan prince resurface, whose beautiful artifacts guarded the warrior's strength and passion for wine. The owners wanted to dedicate the name of their first wine to him: the Warrior Prince. During the tour, you'll be taken inside the winemaking cellar to go through all the stages of production until you get to admire the barrique cellar, where the French oak barrels and wonderful terracotta amphorae reside.
To conclude the experience, you'll enjoy a guided tasting of Pagani De Marchi's red wines MONTALEO, OLMATA, PRINCIPE GUERRIERO, CASA NOCERA, as well as their grappa. The wines will be accompanied by some local products like cheese or cold cuts.
