Experience a unique journey through the Olianas winery in Gergei, where tradition and innovation come together in the production of Biointegral wines that embody the essence of Sardinia. The guided tour begins with a walk through the winery’s steel tanks, which preserve the aromatic purity of Vermentino, and continues to the tonneaux barrels where Cannonau Riserva matures for 24 months. You’ll then reach the anfora room, where ancient techniques meet modern expertise using Georgian and Impruneta amphorae.
The visit concludes in a dedicated tasting room, where you'll enjoy a guided tasting of 3 Biointegral wines from Olianas, along with extra virgin olive oil produced on the estate and a selection of local delicacies. A perfect experience for those who appreciate organic winemaking and deep connection with terroir.
To enhance your tasting, you can select:
- Our olive oil tasting, which includes 3 EVO oils
- Our light lunch, which includes a platter of cured meats and cheeses, a first course, and a sweet ending with traditional Sardinian pastries (dry confections made with almond paste).
Please note that we do not offer a full restaurant service—this light lunch is designed for guests who wish to extend their stay a little longer after the winery tour and enjoy a relaxed, authentic tasting experience.
