Brič Winery is situated in the picturesque wine-growing district of Slovenian Istria, perched on a hill overlooking the valley of the Dragonja River, near the Slovenian-Croatian border. Established in 2001, the winery takes its name from the hill and village above the estate, though historical records show that vine cultivation in this region dates back centuries. Spanning 30 hectares of ecologically cultivated vineyards and an olive grove, the estate is located at an altitude between 270 and 350 meters, benefiting from both Mediterranean and Continental climate influences.

This unique location imparts freshness and a concentrated fruitiness to our wines. The proximity of the vineyards to the cellar ensures that grapes are transported within half an hour, preserving the integrity of the flavors. At Brič Winery, we believe in producing premium organic wines with the latest technology, always respecting nature’s rhythm. Our mission is to create wines that showcase freshness and elegance while honoring the varietal aromas of the grapes grown on our estate.

At Brič Winery, we specialize in crafting premium single-varietal wines from both local and international grape varieties. Our white wines include Malvasia Istriana, Pinot Gris, and Yellow Muscat, each offering a unique expression of the region’s terroir. Our red wine portfolio features Refosco Istriano, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot, all characterized by a harmonious balance of freshness and fruit maturity.

We also take pride in producing locally common orange wines, known for their distinctive flavor profiles and artisanal craftsmanship. Our wines reflect the perfect balance between freshness, which enhances the fruit flavors, and proper maturity, showcasing the full potential of each variety.
