Flexibility and maintaining a balance between nature and modern technology are his strengths. At the same time, he has the composure to give his wines time to mature. Günther Dopler, a founding member of the association "Die Burgundermacher" (The Burgundy Makers), focuses on the Burgundy varieties, both red and white, and is committed to the consistently excellent quality of all his wines. Flexibility and a pioneering spirit have been a way of life in Tattendorf for four generations.

The vineyards where our vines are located have consistently produced great wines for decades. This knowledge has been passed down through generations in our family and is reflected in the exceptionally high quality of our wines. Just as we treat the soil and the vines with respect and sustainability, we also allow the wines to develop their individual character in the cellar. And we give our wines time to mature. In the spirit of sustainability, we have our own bottle washing system and reuse our bottles and cartons.

Finding the balance between nature and technology, combining new trends with tradition, is the art that creates the uniqueness of each wine in the cellar. This opens up new perspectives on wine enjoyment – ​​vibrant wines with soul that bring joy, each wine bearing the personal signature of Günther Dopler. Above all, the grape variety Pinot Noir is considered the most temperamental of grapes – a true diva. It is extremely sensitive to climate, soil, pruning, and especially the vinification method. This very challenge, however, makes it Günther Doppler's favorite, as it rewards with exceptional finesse and longevity that surpasses many other varieties. Every year, it impresses both the judges of national and international tastings and the customers.

In addition, the winery passionately cultivates other grape varieties such as Blauer Portugieser, Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, St. Laurent, as well as white wines like Neuburger, Pinot Blanc, Rivaner, and Gemischter Satz. Fine sparkling wines, fruity frizzantes, and exceptional rarities such as a Zweigelt Spätlese or Auslese complete the selection.
