Let's get ready to live the ultimate wine experience of Irpinia in Campania. This tour includes a guided visit to one of the winery's vineyards, located in the production area of Fiano di Avellino and Greco di Tufo DOCG with a detailed explanation by the winemaker himself of the phases of the biological cycle of the vine and of the main agronomic activities done in the vineyard during the year, and a guided tour of the ancient baronial palace and of all the places where wine is made and aged, with a detailed explanation of the processing of grapes and of the main phases of the wine production activity, visiting in first person the production areas accompanied by the winemaker himself. We'll get the chance to see the modern cellar - completely underground, in order not to alter the original architecture of the ancient building - and the rooms inside the Palace dedicated - since its construction, dated back to the half of 1700 - to the aging of wine (barrel room, caveau and bottle storage room), with the possibility of tasting the wines being made, directly from tanks and casks.
At the end of the tour you will have the possibility to take part to the convivial lunch "A' merenna" (with appetizer, a first course, a second course, dessert) with dishes and products of the Irpinian territory of peasant tradition proposed in matching with 4 Tenute Casoli wines.
