Embark on a sensory journey at Travaglianti on Mount Etna, where each wine tells the story of a unique volcanic terroir. This guided tasting experience invites you to discover the diversity and elegance of the estate’s wines, thoughtfully paired with a selection of traditional Sicilian products.
You will begin with the Etna Bianco DOC, a fresh and mineral-driven expression crafted from Carricante and Catarratto grapes, perfectly complemented by local cheeses such as ricotta and tuma. The journey continues with the Etna Rosato DOC, a refined and fruity rosé made from Nerello Mascalese, paired with a selection of traditional cured meats, including Nebrodi black pig salami. Finally, you will taste the Etna Rosso DOC, a complex and structured wine with notes of ripe fruit, spices, and sweet tobacco, beautifully matched with aged cheeses and local specialties.
Each pairing is designed to enhance the characteristics of the wines while celebrating the rich gastronomic heritage of Sicily. This experience offers an authentic introduction to the flavors, traditions, and passion that define the wines of Etna.
