Exclusive Red Wine Tasting at Castello di Radda in Chianti Classico
Here is what's in store for you
Your tasting at Castello di Radda begins in the estate's indoor tasting room or beneath its portico, led by a member of the winery’s hospitality team.
Over the course of an hour, you will explore the evolution of the winery's Sangiovese through a vertical tasting of its Chianti Classico Riserva, comparing three different vintages. The experience covers six of the estate's most representative red wines:
- The latest vintage of Chianti Classico DOCG
- Three vintages of Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva
- One vintage of the Chianti Classico DOCG Gran Selezione Cru “Vigna Il Corno”
- One vintage of Guss, Castello di Radda’s Super Tuscan.
The wines are served with savory snacks like taralli or traditional Tuscan schiacciatina. You can also choose to add an optional platter for two, selecting from local cured meats like Tuscan prosciutto and salami, a variety of fresh to aged cheeses, or a mixed board.
