An unforgettable sensory experience at the Achillée winery ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The tour began with a warm welcome from the staff, who immediately made us feel at home. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and passionate, managing to clearly convey the winery's philosophy and the importance of respecting the environment. We visited the vineyards and discovered the natural winemaking techniques, which aim to preserve the integrity of the grapes and minimize human intervention.
The most awaited moment was undoubtedly the tasting of 5 glasses of their best wines, each of which represented a journey of flavors. From fresh and mineral whites to structured reds, each wine told a unique story linked to the territory. Particularly memorable was the tasting of their Riesling, full of fruity notes and a surprising freshness. The Pinot Noir also captured our attention for its complexity and finesse.
The atmosphere of the tasting room was relaxed and welcoming, with large windows that offered
Great experience - 100% recommended!
The wines themselves were very good, and the staff was actively asking our preferences and would give us some wine to taste depending on what we like the most (sweeter, drier, etc.). It really made the experience more special!
I would definitely recommend the activity if you're in the area. 10/10 :)
