Here is what's in store for you
Enjoy a scenic Italian aperitivo and wine tasting experience in Barani's vineyard, on a panoramic terrace overlooking the Vigoleno Castle.
The experience begins with a walk through the family's historic vineyards, where we will visit some ancient native qualities such as Melara and Santa Maria. Afterward, we will move to the panoramic terrace in the vineyard, in which the wine tasting will take place.
You will have the opportunity to taste 4 wines, two bottle-fermented (indigenous yeast and premium yeast from Champagne), Ortrugo in purity and Gutturnio DOC, and two still barrique wines, Monterosso val d'Arda DOC and Barbera in purity DOC vintage 2021. The wines will be narrated directly by the winemaker and they will be paired with typical products of the Colli Piacentini such as Torta fritta (typical local levened fried dough) and PDO cured meats.
During the months from November to February, AperiVigna will be held in the winery's Wine Room, warmed by the heat of the wood stove.
