Your visit will begin with a complete tour of the winery, where you'll explore the building's remarkable architecture – a destination in itself for architects and wine lovers alike. Designed with sustainability at its core, the structure embodies a holistic philosophy that ties together winemaking, construction, and regenerative agriculture. During the visit, you’ll gain insight into how each of these elements interact to give purpose and coherence to the entire project.
Following the tour, you’ll enjoy a tasting of 4 wines crafted from emblematic Priorat grape varieties like Grenache and Carignan. Aged in a thoughtful mix of materials – concrete, stoneware, ceramics, and minimal oak – Clos Pachem’s wines are pure expressions of grape and terroir.
