The wine tasting includes five handcrafted wines made exclusively from native Cretan grape varieties, offering a true journey through the diversity and character of Crete. Each wine is presented with its story, allowing guests to discover how the land, climate and tradition of Dafnes shape its flavour. The tasting is accompanied by a vegan Cretan platter, featuring local olives, extra virgin olive oil, cherry tomatoes and traditional rusks, carefully selected to enhance the wines and provide an authentic taste of the region.
