Francesco, a winemaker and olive oil producer, will guide you through the artisanal production of extra virgin olive oil during an immersive walk in the olive grove in Balestrate. After the tour, indulge in a tasting session featuring three wines, extra virgin olive oil, two balsamic vinegars, and limoncello, accompanied by a selection of traditional Sicilian dishes.
The experience takes place in a typical Sicilian home, where Francesco’s grandparents welcome you, sharing family stories, local traditions, and memories of this enchanting part of Sicily, offering a genuine cultural exchange that goes beyond a simple tasting.

Where we are and how to reach us
We will meet here: SP63bis, 90047 Partinico, PA, and then head together to my grandfather’s olive groves, where the tour begins. After the visit, we will continue to my grandparents’ home for the tasting experience.
