The experience begins with a guided visit of the cellar, where you will learn about the philosophy and winemaking approach of Castello di Perno. Following the visit, you will take part in a Barolo-focused tasting, during which four different vintages of Barolo are introduced and tasted.
The goal of this experience is to help you discover how the climatic conditions of each vintage influence the character, structure, and evolution of Barolo. Glass after glass, you will compare aromas, balance, and aging potential, gaining a deeper and more conscious understanding of Nebbiolo and its strong connection to the territory.
