Beer Tasting with the Brewer at AEFFE Brewery
Here is what's in store for you
This guided tour at the AEFFE Brewery will take you, together with the brewer, through all the stages of production starting from the milling of the malt grain, to the part where the grain becomes wort, and then moving on to the cellar with detailed explanations on fermentation and the wonderful work that the yeast does to turn the wort into an excellent beer.
Finally, it will be time for the tasting of 4 artisanal beers. The tasting will also be guided by the brewer so that you can appreciate the particular notes of the different styles of beer. The tasting will be accompanied by some savory snacks, shared in a moment of conviviality, where everyone will be able to satisfy their curiosities by having the brewer at their disposal, who will be able to answer all the questions you would like to ask him. The facility is equipped with adequate parking and, from the AEFFE Brewery, you can easily reach cities of particular tourist interest, such as Pompeii, the Amalfi coast, and Sorrento.
