Pastures & Vineyards Winery Tour & Tasting with Sardinian Delicacies at Tenute Olbios

In the Gallura countryside just minutes from Olbia, Tenute Olbios combines two Sardinian traditions: wine and pastoral culture.
An expert sommelier will welcome you and lead you on a tour of the winery, including the barrel room where their red wines age. After the tour, you will take a seat in the tasting room or, in good weather, on the panoramic terrace overlooking the vineyards. The tasting features three red wines that express the local territory: Cangrande 17, a Cannonau di Sardegna DOC; Amur, a Colli del Limbara IGP from the native Muristellu grape; and Nessuno, a Colli del Limbara IGP blend of local red varieties.
The wines are served with a platter celebrating Sardinia's pastoral heritage, featuring Pecorino Sardo cheese and cured meats like prosciutto and salami, all from sheep's milk. These are accompanied by seasonal fresh fruit, traditional bread, and honey or jam.
