An exciting journey through history, along the 2 km of the Gianna tunnel dug by miners from the Val Germanasca in search of the world's most valuable talc; into the heart of the mountains where the clash is visible continental that generated the Alps. Meet with the cycle-tour guide at the Foresteria Massello to proceed with their e-bikes to the mine, ride about 2km inside the tunnel and then continue on dirt and paved roads to the villages of Salza and Fontane. Stops along the way and return for lunch at the Foresteria Massello. Lunch with tasting of wines from the Pinerolo area, including Ramìe.
