Immerse yourself in the history and values of Pizzolato Winery, a pioneer in organic winemaking, located in Villorba, Treviso. The Bio Tour Tradizione Experience begins at the estate’s wine shop, where you’ll be welcomed before taking a short walk through the vineyards. You will then visit the production and bottling areas, followed by the atmospheric barrel cellar, where Pizzolato’s Metodo Classico and traditional Raboso DOC Piave wines rest.
This sensorial journey through the world of organic wines concludes with a guided tasting of 3 organic wines: Prosecco Frizzante DOC Treviso, Manzoni Bianco DOC Piave, and Raboso DOC Piave. The tasting is paired with a platter of house-made cured meats and local cheeses. A unique opportunity to experience the deep connection between the land, its flavors, and a family's passion.
