At Cantina La Pesenata, immerse yourself in a unique biodynamic experience set amidst vineyards, vegetable gardens, beehives, and an array of friendly farm animals, including chickens, donkeys, and ponies.
Guided by Gianni, you’ll explore the essential elements of this thoughtfully managed farm. Wander through the vineyards and apiaries, meet the animals, and experience the nostalgic atmosphere of a timeless agricultural landscape. The experience concludes with a tasting of 5 natural wines, crafted with minimal intervention, no chemical adjustments, and very low sulfites. La Pesenata's wines, true to the Garda terroir, will be paired with traditional Veronese platters of cured meats and cheeses, offering a flavorful journey through local heritage and sustainable winemaking.
