Experience the traditional breakfast of Sardinian shepherds in the vineyard of Colline del Vento!
Colline del Vento collaborates with a local shepherd who will make fresh cheese for you on the spot. During this experience, you will be able to observe how to break the curds and watch the cheese being made.
Once the cheese is ready, you will take a seat under a centuries-old carob tree and enjoy a rich shepherd's breakfast, consisting of freshly made cheese, fresh ricotta, pecorino, eggs, coffee, organic honey from Colline del Vento's bees, and other local delicacies. You will also be able to take home a piece of cheese to enjoy later!

We will meet at the parking lot of Eurospin in Villasimius and from there you will follow us to our vineyard, only 10 minutes from the village but difficult to reach by yourself.
