Here is what's in store for you

Colline del Vento welcomes you to spend a special afternoon or evening among their vineyards, in the heart of Villasimius' countryside.

The experience starts with a walk along the rows of vines, together with Mario and Gianluca, owners of Colline del Vento, who will introduce you to the philosophy of the winery and explain to you how their organic wines are made.

Afterward, it will be time to take a seat under the centuries-old carob tree to enjoy a typical Sardinian meal. The lunch/dinner will consist of a platter of typical products, a first course of malloreddus alla campidanese (a typical Sardinian pasta with sausage sauce), roast suckling pig as main, and typical Sardinian desserts, all of course accompanied by their organic orange wine, Vermentino and Cannonau and myrtle and aquavit liquors.

Everything will be served on plates made strictly of recyclable material and/or washable ceramic. You will be in a bucolic setting and, therefore, we would like to specify that there will be no bathrooms available. The producers will cook for you and enjoy the meal with you.
Any allergies, intolerances, or special requests must be communicated at the time of booking. The winery will try to accommodate your request upon availability.

We will meet at the parking lot of Eurospin in Villasimius and from there you will follow us to our vineyard, only 10 minutes from the village but difficult to reach by yourself.
