Cantine Merinum Wine Tasting express a territory through aromas and flavors, but it does so above all with historical "notes" and in-depth analysis of the wine-making processes of selected wines of the winery. I am an expert sommelier and winegrower so, I will be happy to answer your curiosity, on the native vines and the terroir of this land; where, you will touch the beauty of the viticulture and the beautiful world of wine, walking at sunset in my vineyard a Unesco Heritage, that accurately describes all the peculiarities of this territory.
Superior tour: This Tour will lead you to the discovery of our three wines combined with the typical products of the Gargano. It will be a sensorial experience, where you will learn techniques of the wine tasting and then, you will touch with your hand the beauty of the viticulture, while walking at sunset in our Unenesco Heritage vineyard located in the Foresta Umbra.
Golden Tour: This tour will lead you to the discovery of the combination wine-food. You will tasting four courses of typical Viestan dishes in combination with four wines. Many ingrediends come from our garden, that you can admire from your table and the Menù changes according to the season. For a few hours we will try to make you feel a typical apulian person who loves good food and good wine. If you choose to have the golden tour for lunch, on request it is possible use our pool and our Jacuzzi before the tasting.
