We went as 5 friends and learned about the process of planting, harvesting, and winemaking.
We finished with a pairing of 4 wines with cured meats, cheeses, and dried fruits.
The person in charge was very clear and entertaining in his explanations and the facilities are very well-maintained.
We took several bottles of wine with us that, wherever we take them, are very much enjoyed.
