Chianti Classico Wine Tasting & Tour at San Fabiano Calcinaia in Castellina

Your visit to San Fabiano Calcinaia begins with a welcome to the historic medieval estate, located in the hills of the Chianti region. A hospitality team member will introduce you to the history of the property and its evolution into a renowned organic winery.

Following the introduction, you'll learn about the estate's philosophy, with a focus on the sustainable and organic practices that define their winemaking from the vineyard to the bottle. The experience continues with a guided tour of the winery, where you'll see the production techniques that connect the wines to the Chianti Classico terroir.

The tour concludes in the estate's barrel cellar or in a dedicated tasting room with a guided tasting of three organic wines. You will sample:
- Chianti Classico DOCG
- Toscana Rosso IGT (50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 25% Petit Verdot)
- Toscana Bianco IGT (50% Chardonnay, 50% Sauvignon Blanc)
