The Cru Collection is born from the experience of five generations, and tells the unmistakable imprint of Garofoli wines and the territory that hosts them, Le Marche. Immerse yourself in the world of Garofoli and discover the history of the family and the winery!
The Classic Tour "Discover Le Marche" is recommended for those visiting Garofoli for the first time. It includes a visit to the barrel cellar and a walk among the fascinating wooden pupitres, where sparkling wines are carefully aged.
The experience continues with a guided tasting of four wines, accompanied by a tasting of Garofoli EVO Blend extra virgin olive oil and, subject to availability, Garofoli Monovarietal EVO Oil from Ascolana Tenera olives, both produced from the estate’s olive groves. The tasting is complemented by local delicacies, including Prosciutto Crudo di Carpegna DOP, Salame Ciauscolo IGP, Pecorino, Salame Fabriano IGP, and Lonza Marchigiana. If any of these products are unavailable, they will be replaced with a similar regional specialty.

For families, children can join the winery tour for free. For a more engaging experience, the "Little Sommelier" program introduces young participants to the world of tasting, including two fruit juices, a personalized tasting sheet, and artisanal cookies from a local bakery.

Visits with a wine tasting include a sampling of traditional local products. Please specify any allergies, dietary restrictions, or vegetarian/vegan preferences at the time of booking.
Pets: Your four-legged friends are welcome, but may not accompany you during the tour in the winery.
Despite our love for animals, the guided tour includes access to certain production areas, and unfortunately, health and hygiene regulations do not allow us to welcome them during tours and tastings. Animals are welcome in the WineShop and outdoor areas, provided they are kept on a leash.
