The Sanlorenzo Winery awaits you in Montalcino to discover their traditional yet experimental wines.

This wine experience takes place in the Brunello aging cellar, among the large barrels. Here you will be guided in tasting three Sanlorenzo wines: Rosso di Montalcino, the latest vintage of Brunello di Montalcino, and an older vintage. Some local snacks like cheese and cold cuts will accompany the tasting.

Great experience with the producers

It was really great. I’ve been there with my family and was warm welcomed by Ivan and Luciano. We’ve learned about the region, how the grapes are produced and a little bit about the process. I didn’t have any idea about how to produce wines in details and most of the doubts were answered. In the end, we had a chance to taste 5 different wines, starting with Montalcino Rosso and then with the Brunello’s family. It was really great and, of course, I had a chance to buy some bottles of Brunellos! Recommend a lot, specially because we’ve paid for the visit a lower price than in the Fontezza, but with a better experience, straight from the producers.
Maintain the same humble hospitality. This make the difference with a kind of familiar approach.
