This experience begins with a guided tour of the production and ageing cellar, where you’ll learn about the various stages of vinification and the specific techniques used in organic viticulture. During the visit, you'll discover the care and attention that goes into each of our bottles of wine.
Following the tour, you’ll enjoy a tasting of 4 organic wines carefully selected from La Spinosa’s production accompanied by bruschetta made with organic products from their Orto a Mezzo Metro vegetable garden. The tasting will also include a sampling of the organic extra virgin olive oil.
