Next, we will move to the winery tour, to understand the various winemaking processes, from the grapes to the barrel room, a place of long refinement in traditional large barrels, top selection signed Stockinger.
To concliude your tour, in the cozy fireplace room, enjoy a guided wine tasting of 4 wines: Rosato Toscana IGT, Rosso Toscana IGT Rivale, Rosso di Montalcino Doc, Brunello di Montalcino Docg. Along with the tasting, try of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil will be served, along with snacks such as taralli or breadsticks.

Where we are and how to reach us
From the North: After Siena, exit at Siena Sud, take the Cassia SR2 toward Montalcino. Pass Buonconvento and turn right onto SP45 (Strada del Brunello). At km 5.2, turn right at Val di Cava and follow signs for Casanuova delle Cerbaie. Do not stop at the first gate—continue 50m to the guest parking area.
From the South: On Cassia SR2, turn toward Montalcino. At the roundabout, follow signs for Siena/Buonconvento. Pass the Cantina Sociale (wooden structure) and turn left 100m later at Val di Cava. Follow signs for Casanuova delle Cerbaie and park 50m past the first gate.
From Montalcino: Set your GPS first to Siena to exit via SP45 del Brunello, then reset it to Casanuova delle Cerbaie. Avoid Strada Consorziale dei Canali (very steep) and do not take Via Cerbaia (closed and impassable).

A pleasant discovery
We arrived at the winery at 4 PM, where we were welcomed by Cristina. The tour through the vineyards and in the cellar was very pleasant: simple to follow even for those who are not connoisseurs and full of interesting facts.
Cristina's words, which accompanied the tasting, were precious and helpful for fully understanding these excellent wines.
Definitely an experience we feel we can recommend!
