Here is what's in store for you

Followed by our chef you will prepare typical Tuscan dishes for which we will use seasonal ingredients, also trying to fulfill any of your requests.
In the middle of the lesson you will have a small break with a Tuscan-style aperitif and at the end of the preparation you can sit and enjoy the fruits of your labor.
We propose the preparation of 4 menus:
-Full Menu composed of first course, second course, side dish and dessert;
-Menu handmade pasta (will be made various types of fresh pasta with typical Tuscan condiments combined);
-Pizza and focaccia Menu: various types of dough will be made with different types of local flours, and dessert;
-Menu "bella italia": will be made some classics of Italian cuisine, faithfully respecting the recipes of tradition.

We absolutely loved our truffle hunting experience! Alessandro was so knowledgeable and generous in explaining the entire process to us. We enjoyed every minute with the dogs. Love to Lady, Diana and Bombolo!! Very highly recommended

We did Truffle hunting followed by a wine tasting. Each in it's own were a great experience but combined it was an Amazing day.

Enjoyed the Truffle hunting, dogs and guide were great and they even found a couple of white truffles. Then the Wine tour and tasting was interesting and they made us feel like VIPs. The wine and lunch as unrushed with very informative guides.
