In this experience, you can immerse yourself in the atmosphere of quiet of the Tenute Baglio Passofondo, an oasis of peace, a few kilometers from Trapani and Palermo.
You will cook pasta, tomato sauce, and fish/meat, recreating ancient Sicilian recipes. Then you will taste the food you have prepared. Enjoy this cooking class: you’ll learn how to cook traditional Sicilian dishes surrounded by the Sicilian landscape, the best background for a cherished moment in the Alcamo countryside.
