Cooking Class, Dinner with Wine and Limoncello near Lecce

In a welcoming Salento family home near Lecce, you’ll experience an authentic Apulian cooking class and a relaxing dinner full of southern Italian charm. Located in Corigliano d’Otranto, just 15 minutes from Lecce, this hands-on pasta-making class takes place in a cozy countryside villa surrounded by olive trees.
You’ll start with a small aperitivo by the pool or near the fireplace, depending on the season. Then, guided by Enza and her family, you’ll learn to make traditional orecchiette and maccheroncini from scratch, using time-honored recipes passed down through generations.
Dinner follows with local wine and typical dishes from Puglia, served in a warm, family atmosphere, on the veranda in summer or by the fire in winter. Families and children are welcome.
The experience ends with our homemade limoncello and the feeling of being part of a true Italian family.
