Start your experience with a guided tour inside our ancient winery, entirely dug into the tuff, where we will tell you the history of our winery and the secrets of wine production. You will also get an up-close look at the oak barrels where our wines rest and mature, absorbing the essence of the wood and developing their complex aromas.

Next, in a modern and comfortable kitchen, set up in a room adjacent to the cellars, you will have the opportunity to become a chef for a day. With the help of trained staff and all the equipment provided by the farm, you will prepare a delicious lunch consisting of three courses.
