The highlight of the visit is the blending session, where you will create your own wine. Using several base wines, you can experiment with different combinations until you find your preferred blend. Once finished, you will bottle, cork, and label your creation to take home.
During the workshop, you will also enjoy a tasting of three regional wines accompanied by a selection of local - spelt bread, cured meats, and savory spreads.
