After the tour, you’ll be welcomed to a panoramic spot with beautiful views over the Pink Lagoon, where a live cooking demonstration will take place. During the demonstration, a professional chef will prepare a full menu featuring salt-based recipes, each reflecting the deep connection between Torrevieja’s natural resources and its food culture. Guests will enjoy a tasting of all the dishes prepared during the show, which include traditional and creative pairings such as a typical Vega Baja salad, Kumato tomato and anchovy banderilla, herring sardines with peaches in syrup, and tuna loin toast with a butter base.
