We felt at home the moment we...
We felt at home the moment we walked in. Very nice owners who gave us a free private tour. We learned firsthand what it takes to own and operate a winery. We even spearheaded a movement to put the big barrels of wine on the market (300 bottles in one barrel..whoah). Hopefully we can strike a deal with the owner. Great guy! Did we mention the $5 wine tasting which consisted of 8 wine tastings and we got to keep the glasses. Where else can you get that much for $5 ?!?! Check this place out and support a local winery!

We had my brother's engagement party at...
We had my brother's engagement party at The Shelburne Winery and it was delightful! A beautiful backdrop for an event, and a lovely family team to work with - the evening was a smashing success! They employ eco-concisous growing methods and it's really interesting to learn about how they grow grapes in such a cold climate. Delicious local wines and a very worthwhile stop while in Shelburne.

We went this past Saturday on the recommendation of my sister. We had a totally different experience. No water to drink, no cheese & crackers, no attentive staff telling us about the wines. What we got was a server who was more interested in her puppy than us. She put the wine information sheets in front of us and walked away. One wine

My friends and I were hunting for...
My friends and I were hunting for the tasting room and discovered it changed to Vermont Distillers! They still sell and provide tasting for East Shore Vineyard wines. The liquors were great- we loved the blueberry liquor! Tasting the liquors are free but there is a fee for the wine tasting.
