The wine is great & the castle...
The wine is great & the castle is fun. But the customer service sucks. The entire staff is snotty. The barista was clueless to basic company information & manufacturing of the wine. We practically had to beg to try different wines & were immediately pushed out by a bigger group.
Plus the tasting occur in the basement?! It's like they just want to take your money & push you out as fast as they can.
My husband & I were on our honeymoon & this was our first vineyard stop in all of California... I felt ripped off & disappointed at the end of it all.
Go to Sterling across the street. You get a lot more for your money over there.

Majestic facility - takes you back to...
Majestic facility - takes you back to the 13th century. Aesthetically pleasing in that it offers visitors a span in time when castles and artwork collided. Tour of the facility is very educational as it really illustrates the wine making process as well as some behind the scenes operations not normally introduced at most winery. Variety of wines are excellent - seems they have a good handle of it. Tasting rooms are of various size - but very accommodating --- traditional sales pitch but not pushy, a plus. Ensure that you make reservation especially if you plan to visit later in the week as they get packed. Have your camera ready and be sure to check your battery level before the tour.

Un fiore all'occhiello dell'imprenditoria italiana. Un mix di capacità, intelligenza ed esperienza della famiglia Antinori che ha creato un'azienda eccellente che va assolutamente visitata. Per non parlare dei vini....Davvero BRAVI!!!!!
