Colline de Daval invites you to enjoy a convivial tasting experience at the foot of the hill, combining the estate’s wines with an authentic Valais platter.

This gourmet experience pairs a selection of our wines with local specialties, including the famous artisanal dried meats from Brumann Viande Séchée. The platter highlights the flavors of the region with dried beef, cured ham, sausage, and regional cheeses, carefully selected to complement and enhance the aromas of the estate’s wines.

In the warm and welcoming atmosphere of our cellar in Sierre, this tasting offers a true moment of sharing around the iconic products of Valais, blending tradition, gastronomy, and the discovery of the wines of Colline de Daval.
